Went in in January with my sister and niece to get piercings. When I get my tat done I will tell you guys how it went. I am super picky and detailed and she was fine with me checking out the placements a few times before we did them. This greeting was better than the 9 other shops I've checked out lately (got the death stares of what the hell are you doing here).DEFINITELY go get your piercings done by Emily. YAY! There was not a cheerful peppy greeting, it was a quiet hello, it is a tattoo place after-all. I'll be back soon for that tat guys!First impression at the door - walked in - music that makes you want to take a shot and dance was playing. Wish I could get the pic up so you guys can see what I mean.I even got an estimate for a tattoo that seemed quite fair in comparison to other shops.

I have had other piercings from other places and they were no where near as easy and pain free as these. She was so fast I did not hear the pop that everyone says you hear with those. Neither Helix hurt, only slight pressure when she started. :-) I felt one of the 2nd lobe piercings, but no pain. Thanks for putting up with my nervous chatter Emily. I had been leery of getting more piercings, especially Helix, since seeing a friend of mine have a painful and awful experience when she had hers done - AT ANOTHER SHOP.Emily was great! All of HTC's staff are registered under the Association of Professional Piercers & they offer FREE consultations & checkups even if you didn't go there originally!! Please save your money!! Spending money on cheaper products isn't saving you money in the end!! This place while still in the sanitary guidelines. Not only was my navel piercing crooked, but because of its location it became easily irritated than it would have it were done properly. My belly button wasn't infected HOWEVER HTC said that I should have never been pierced in the first place. However I went to HTC Body Piercing over off of Mill and they were extremely helpful!! I have previously gone to HTC to get my nose pierced but wanted to give Rad-A-Tat a try because it was close & cheap. two weeks later I had three doctor visits who said that it was infected. Not once was I consulted or even interacted with as a real client should be. I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable because I didn't even get to see where she had planned to pierce me. Not once was I asked if I had questions or concerns, nor did she wash her hands.
one of the staff members took my back put on some gloves and pierced my right away. I came back, there wasn't a single customer. but decided I wanted my naval piercing bad enough to go back and follow through a couple of days later. I actually left the first night because I kept the thought of "You get what you pay for" in my head. I came in & I could immediately tell that these aren't trained professionals. So I checked this place out because I had a referral by a friend of mind.
